Detailed Product Description

It is a high temperature filtration material with rational structure and superior performance. 100% glass fibers are needled-punched to form a microporous felt with high porosity and low resistance. The dust separation efficiency is up to 99.9%, higher than that of woven fabric, and the filtration speed is increased by approx. 2 times over woven fabrics. This product is used for high temperature exhaust filtration in chemical, carbon black, iron and steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, coal-fired boiler, refractory and cement industries, particularly suitable to bag filters with impulse or high velocity reverse air clean-down technology. The long-term tests with high temperature and corrosive mediums have proved that this product is efficient in controlling dust pollution and recovering valuable particulates.
